Saturday 10th January, 2026 marks exactly one year since i was indefinitely banned from entering the Chamber and precinct of the Sierra Leone Parliament Building at Tower Hill by House Speaker Solomon Segehpoh Thomas.
One year after, the indefinite ban is still in effect.
What has efforts to reverse this ban looked like?
What consequencies and implications this ban had or is havong on Melvin and other Parliamentary Journalists?
What happens if the indefinite ban still continues?
